Responsibilities:


  • Conduct video interview to assess suitability for the role and skills matching
  • Write and post job advertisements
  • Maintain a good level of compliance in line with CQC regulations. Exploring gaps in employment and reasons for leaving
  • Adhoc duties such as competitor research, project work and occasional administrative tasks

Location:
Tonbridge - office based


Salary:
£24,000 depending on experience + commission - OTE realistic up to £32,000
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
