Job description

Duties and responsibilities of the Factory Supervisor

  • Managing production operatives and employees to improve daily productivity
  • Delegation of responsibilities to effectively ensure effective output
  • Overseeing and coaching employees
  • Work with the production manager to reports submit performance reports
  • Organising the training of new employees and cross training
- process management and implementation to ensure production deadlines are met

  • Checking all machinery is in good working order
  • Making sure daily checks are completed and reported

Attributes of the Factory Supervisor

  • An energetic and proactive hands on approach to management
  • A good communicator across all levels to effectively communicate with employees, clients and third parties
  • A good knowledge of production process
  • Production target driven and hard working
  • Strong team player

Role Full time, permanent position


Hours Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

£35,
