We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive as we continue to build on our success through 2023 and beyond.
What you'll be doing
You'll join our busy, professional marketing team and utilise your marketing experience playing an instrumental role in delivering our regional marketing strategies for a collection of developments within our portfolio.
From managing and assisting on photoshoots to briefing on digital campaigns this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a varied role which includes:
- Supporting our Regional Marketing Manager delivering bespoke marketing strategies for a collection of developments
- Manage the content across our brand websites and ensure it's uptodate and as engaging as possible
- Monitor and update the listings across property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the listings
- Manage the photography of our developments and homes, liaising with photographers, assisting on photoshoots and updating the photo library
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communities which can be used across campaigns in print and digital
- Build effective relationships with the sales team and work with them to successfully deliver on all aspects of the marketing and communications strategies
- Support on agreed marketing events, coordinating the event with team members and ensuring the event achieves its objective
- Assist with producing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, floorplans, leaflets ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all activity
- Assist with the briefing of print and digital campaigns and marketing materials to deliver upon the agreed marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and use insights to shape future marketing campaigns
About you
You'll be an experienced marketing professional with 2+ years of working within a fast paced marketing team or agency.
You'll have managed multiple projects with differing priorities and stakeholders and you'll be highly creative with an excellent eye for detail.
Experience of, or an interest in property would be a bonus You'll have:- Great project management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content
- Proactive approach and keeness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a busy, professional team
Your benefits & Rewards
This is a full time permanent role offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
We are happy to offer flexibility to work on a hybrid basis with a mix of being based from our London office (Southwark) and home.
A full UK drivers licence is essential as there will be a requirement to visit our developments and other offices as required.
