We are currently recruiting experienced SIA Licensed Head Door Supervisors, for roles at a number of nightclubs / bars including high profile venues in the London area.

The opportunity:

Venues in and around London
Leading large teams of experienced door supervisors within popular London Music Venues/Nightclubs

Duties & Requirements

MUST be comfortable working in licensed premises, responsibilities will include:

Leading and recruiting teams of supervisors/guards
Screening and searching individuals
Supervising customer arrivals
Ensuring customers are able to enjoy a night out in a safe and secure environment
Carrying out ID checks
Crowd control
Controlling entry and exit route
Ensuring that incidents are recorded & reported accurately
Identify training needs within the team

Applicants Must:

Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License
Be able to provide a 5year work/school history
Have 5 years previous Head Door Supervisor experience (essential)
Be able to work as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
Have proven experience within the security industry
