Responsibilities and duties:
You will be working in an office based environment within the Operations department which is a friendly team of colleagues that currently consists of 6 members who cover a variety of tasks.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers with general enquiries or seeking technical support
- Provide accurate information on company products
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic checks and relevant questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Walk the customer through the problemsolving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Basic data input record events, problems and their resolution via our internal systems
- Followup and update customer status and information
- Set up subscriptions and take payment
- Activations with engineers and dealerships
- Any other tasks determined by management

What we're looking for:
- A willingness to adapt and develop skillsets and knowledge
- Good communication with high level customer service being a priority
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively
- Work within a group and independently
- Computer literate comfortable using basics such as Microsoft office (not essential as training can be provided)
- Forward thinking and selfmotivated
- Positive and flexible attitude that focuses on solutions
- Previous customer service experience
Nice to haves:
- Local to Bredbury or within commuting distance
- Experience within a similar role
Role:
- Full time
- Permanent
- Monday
- Friday 9am5pm.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Work from the office.
