A global market leader in the FMCG sector is searching for an Interim HR Communications Business Partner on a 6-month contract paying £700 - £750 per day (inside IR35)


Reporting into the Group Head of Comms and Corporate Brand, this role will have the responsibility of partnering with the global HR function of c.3,000 employees.

A dual role covering both strategic and tactical requirements, the hiring manager is lookingfor someone with gravitas who can coach and advise senior leaders on internal communications best practice.

The role will be split into three key areas:

  • Align the communications within the HR department to the overall business strategy
  • Lead on the communications for key HRrelated campaigns such as D&I and wellbeing
  • Support the Chief HR Officer with internal positioning and regular HR activities such as employee reward events and town halls
