Up to £600 Per Day

Seeking an experienced person who has local government and housing experience who has a great understanding of customer engagement and has experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues.

This role has a number of direct reports whereby this person needs to provide excellent housing customer experience, re-engage with members and drive the restructure.

Preparing for internal and external regulatory audits and inspections, providing evidential assurance for all finance and performance data presented.
Ability to drive forward and finalise a structure review and ensures the correct resources and skills are in place to deliver high performing customer focused services.
To prepare and implement new consumer regulation standards, working closely with the Housing Strategy team to capture and understand customer satisfaction and performance against Tenant Satisfaction measures.
