The Team

We are looking for a Systems Support Officer to join our Student and Academic Administration team, providing dedicated software support to staff and students on our student records system, SITS and contributing to our continuous improvement model.

The postholder will be required to work with stakeholders and Information Technology Services to deliver key projects university wide developing new, innovative ideas to enhance the digital journey for staff and students.


The Role

Following a period of training, skills will be assessed with the potential to progress into a SITS Developer role, grade 6.


Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for a skilled problem solver with excellent IT skills preferably with experience of working with large databases, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders as well as being motivated to work independently with high attention to detail.
