£30,000 - £35,000 + Car Allowance + Package

About Our Client:

They are a tiling Sub-Contractor who currently turn over approximately £3.5m but with ambitions to grow.

Current clients include ISG, Overbury and Oktra so this business are working on some of the best interior fit out projects in London.

They are a smaller, close knit team that have next to no staff turnover, so recruitment is rare.

The Role:

Being a small company, they require someone who can adapt and fill gaps within the business as they arise.

The core will be document control, liaising with the Main Contractor and making sure all documents are filed correctly and accessible.

You will deal with RFI's and make sure everything runs smoothly, with information cascaded to the correct people.

When document control duties are light, you will be required to assist in other areas, this could maybe include speaking to suppliers or hiring plant.

As mentioned, this is a smaller company where everybody plays a major role in its success. You will be working from home with the odd visit to the office in London and projects.

The company will also consider someone on a part time basis, so may be good for people who can only work school hours.

Full time is also an option.

The Applicant:

Experience working as a Document Controller within the construction industry
A willingness to undertake duties away from the typical job role.

It is desirable to have:

Working alongside some of the leading fit put Main Contractors.
