Customer Account Manager

About the role
As a Customer Liason Associate, you will be managing the individual accounts of all current clients. You will be our brides main point of contact throughout their experience.

We pride ourselves on providing luxurious quality products and our clients should receive the same experience from beginning to end.

This role relies on seamless interactions and fast replies.


Responsibilities include:


  • Delivering a luxury service throughout the entire client experience
  • You will be the main point of contact for clients
  • Being knowledgable on the brand, the products and services we provide
  • Managing client accounts and keeping a fast line of communication with clients
  • Be in close contact with the production team
  • Organise your personal work calendar and the company calendar with consultation bookings and client fittings
  • Continually work to improve the customer journey and raise suggestions for improvement

About you:


To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in providing an excellent level of customer service and have a positive driven attitude.

As we are a growing brand, it is important you have the ability to adapt to frequent changes whilst working efficiently.

This role requires you to be independent and have the ability to exercise your initiative when performing new tasks and prioritising your workload.

It will help if you have knowledge of fashion and an interest in the bridal industry. Experience in customer accounts management is vital for this role.

  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks at once, replying to all clients in a timely manner
  • Good time management and selfmotivated
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Adept communicator and attention to detail
  • Computer competent
  • Receptive to training
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Enthusiasm and patience when assisting customers
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Invoicing experience is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
