Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a client in York City Centre who are looking to recruit a number of
Project Administrators on an interim basis for months.
Work Pattern:
Hybrid 50/50 between the office and home
The role:
This multi-year, multi-vendor programme will transform across all aspects of our business to deliver great outcomes for our client's customers.
We're looking for a motivated, tenacious and innovative Administrators to join our large Programme team providing day to day support across a number of our key workstreams including general diary management, administrative tasks, new starter processes and updates to key project artefacts.
What do we need from you?
- You'll be organised and able to work with mínimal guidance
- Confident in PowerPoint, ability to produce quality packs for committees and forums
- Experience of creating/maintaining process documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident and independent happy to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working in/with projects would be beneficial
What you can expect from the role:
- Arranging meetings, tracking attendance, taking actions
- Monitoring central mailbox, scheduling central meetings, deconflicting team diaries
- Chasing completion of actions and providing updates to project team
- Completion of new starter tasks such as IT kit, ID cards, system access for the teams
- Supporting in collation of project materials including ppt packs, meeting notes etc
- Supporting in updated of Governance artefacts and tools where appropriate eg. CARDI, Planview
- Owning key organisational assets of the team, Distribution lists, holiday trackers
- Supporting your Workstream lead and / or project team as required
