We are looking for a Part Time sales progressor to work at are Chorley Branch Hub.


We are ideally looking for people with sales, customer service or industry knowledge, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.


Responsibilities
The main role of a sales progressor is to progress our pipeline of agreed sales.

You will act as a key support for vendors and purchasers, seeing property sales through from offer stage to completion, ensuring that all customers are given an exceptional service during the stressful period of exchange and completion.

You will liaise with solicitors, and mortgage companies, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and client expectations are met, managing and resolving any complications along the way.


Selection Process

  • We are looking for people with exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of teamfocus behavior
  • The Ability To Build Rapport
  • Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
  • Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
