Office based - onsite car parking

Working 4 days on and then 4 days off for 2 weeks 7am - 7pm and then switching to night shifts 7pm - 7am for 2 weeks

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills to join our lovely client based in South Bristol. You will enjoy going above and beyond for your customer, be computer literate with a great sense of humour.

You will enjoy working in a close-knit team where full training will be provided.

Your duties will include:

Monitoring CCTV in a secure environment
Talking to engineers and resolving problems
Receiving inbound calls from third parties
Ensuring all compliance documentation is recorded correctly
Using various systems to log important information

Please note if you are successful a 5 year employment/education background check will be required
