Mental Health Support and Liaison Worker

Salary:
£23,625.00 pa (full time)


Hours :
flexible, hours per week


Contract:18 months fixed-term


Location:
Hybrid role of community working in Aylesbury and home-working. Office space can be provided


Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and solution-focussed

Mental Health Support and Liaison worker to bring about positive change for people sleeping rough or in temporary accommodation. Our rough sleep initiative assists people towards greater stability, both in having a place to live and with their mental health and wellbeing.

This role provides a real opportunity to develop your skills in working with mental health, project work and in learning about/developing your experience of working in the mental health charity sector.

You'll be part of a supportive and dedicated multi-partnership team and have the opportunity to see your work bring about positive change.


Buckinghamshire Mind is working together with Buckinghamshire County Council and partner organisations - Aylesbury Homeless Action Group, Connections, Oasis and Oxford Health on this Rough Sleeper Initiative.

This role reports to the Rough Sleeper Initiative Team Lead.
