£45,000 - £50,000k per annum plus car/car allowance and bonus

The People Business Partner / HR Business Partner role fits within the People Service Delivery team and has a direct reporting line to the Head of People Business Partners.

The role of the People Business Partner (PBP) is to be responsible for aligning businessobjectives with Team Members and Managers in designated sites, split regionally across the team.


The purpose of the People Business Partner is to work in partnership and support Regional Operations Directors (ROD's) and Site Leaders (SL's), consulting and advising on People (HR) related issues to achieve the business objectives by encouraging the businessto be fanatical about People, ensuring that we retain and engage our Team Members and that they are recognised and rewarded for doing a great job.

**Responsibilities as a
People Business Partner / HR Business Partner (but not limited to)**:
Employee relations (ER)

  • Provide firstline support in ER case queries, serious incidents, occupational health intervention and counselling services.
  • Maintain Welcome Break ER policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented and in use on all sites.
  • Monitor and improve Long Term Sickness and absence
  • Support the Regional Operations Director, Site Leaders and Managers on ER issues
  • Monitor and support sites to reduce labour turnover by encouraging Senior Management to be Fanatical about People.
  • Support the Regional Operations Director & Site Leaders with grievances and disciplinaries, including performance management up to Unit Business Manager level
  • Manage, any ACAS or Employment Tribunal cases
