The Job

The Company

The Role

  • Managing and and delivering building certification to blue chip clients throughout the UK and overseas.
  • The role will involve working on some of the world's most prestigious projects within Building Services.
  • Providing a high level of technical advice about a broad range of sustainability issues.
  • Carrying out assessments using a range of certification methodologies including BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated with an honours degree or higher
  • Excellent knowledge concerning sustainability issues in the built environment
  • An indepth understanding of building certification standards
  • At least 5 years' experience in a sustainability/BREEAM consultancy
  • Experience of using certification methods such as LEED, Estidama, SKA, HQM and GSAS are advantageous
