Description
Engage with senior ICP clinical and operational stakeholders to develop needs and benefit prioritised development requirements.

Develop best practice approaches for several areas, including approaches to modelling impact, investment and converting activity to true system costs and implementing these approaches across the system.

Work closely with Strategy, Performance, Finance and Operations teams to amend business processes and drive cultural change where relevant, to ensure the best practice approaches are not completed in isolation.

Support the ICS workstreams to develop effective delivery plans and ensure each workstream has a robust investment and impact model.


Work collaboratively with wider ICS Digital workstream leads to develop and deliver innovative integrated digital solutions for operational, clinical, and resident stakeholders.

Develop the approach to segmenting the local population by condition, need and demographic, to ensure increasingly accurate impact modelling can be completed.

Oversee research and modelling activity in the wider system and locally, to ensure any findings and recommendations are conducted in a robust and accurate method, challenging others findings where necessary.

Become the recognised system champion for best practice approaches, such as modelling and champion evidence led decision culture.


Positively challenge Executives and Senior Management to ensure decisions are based on robust and accurate evidence, to lead to the greatest impact for the population.

Work with highly complex data, facts and situations requiring analysis, interpretations, and comparisons on a range of options and make clear and robust recommendations on the most impactful course of action.

Promote and develop effective working partnerships including use and alignment of resources across the footprint.
