Our client based locally in West Bromwich are seeking a temporary IT administrator to come on-board on a temporary basis.
This role is part-time working 20 hours per week.Duties:
- Receive requests from sources across the business units and distribute accordingly
- Maintain the record all of the requests including relevant document information
- Monitor and process all telephone calls and messages for the team
- Dealing with escalated calls from Managers, and ensure the call is handled in line with service times
- Ensuring accurate information is stored on the internal system
- Management of the diary
Requirements:
- Experience working in a busy administration role
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work on own initiative
- Capable of prioritising own workload
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent communications skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
