Our client based locally in West Bromwich are seeking a temporary IT administrator to come on-board on a temporary basis.

This role is part-time working 20 hours per week.


Duties:


  • Receive requests from sources across the business units and distribute accordingly
  • Maintain the record all of the requests including relevant document information
  • Monitor and process all telephone calls and messages for the team
  • Dealing with escalated calls from Managers, and ensure the call is handled in line with service times
  • Ensuring accurate information is stored on the internal system
  • Management of the diary

Requirements:


  • Experience working in a busy administration role
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Capable of prioritising own workload
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
