Outskirts of Leeds - Hybrid - Free parking

Full Time + Perm

Up to £26,000

Do you want to work for a market-leading financial services organisation? Do you have outstanding customer service skills? Are you passionate about helping others?

Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisor's to join their team. They are a leader in their industry by offering an empathetic and understanding approach to customers.

Salary from £22,000 to £26,000 (dependant on experience)

What will you be doing?

  • Actively listen to customers and respond to them in an empathetic manner
  • Understand customer's personal situations and effectively provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and agree repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer
  • Direct customers to free debt advice, when they are in difficult positions
  • Negotiate with customers who have the ability to pay
  • Identify potentially vulnerable customers to provide them with extra support
Who are we looking for?

Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service/sales environments

Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers

Like to solve problems

Demonstrate great communication Skills
