Job Title:
Inclusion Support Staff Member


Location:
North Lincolnshire

Tradewind are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Support Staff Member to support a valued client in North Lincolnshire.

As a member of the Inclusion Unit, you will play a key role in ensuring that students receive the support and guidance theyneed to succeed.


Responsibilities:


  • Undertaking the daily supervision of students in the Inclusion Unit.
  • Implementing personalised timetables for students in the Inclusion Unit.
  • Ensuring students continue to have access to the curriculum during their placement.
  • Liaising with Heads of Department to ensure students have access to suitable resources.
  • Providing behavioural and emotional support for students who have been placed in the Inclusion Unit.
  • Liaising with the SEND department to ensure that students are receiving additional learning support during their placement.
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of students while they are in the Inclusion Unit.
  • Ensuring students have a clear reintegration plan at the end of their placement to facilitate their reintegration back to mainstream.
  • Working effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and not being afraid to ask for support.
  • Taking responsibility for your own professional development including attending relevant CPD events (available for free with Tradewind)

Requirements:


  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the education sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the needs of students with SEND.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective personalised timetables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
The pay for this role will be between £75 and £85 per day.
