The Company

My Client is an award-winning developer and manufacturer of vehicle fire suppression technology, in business for 25 years serving both the motorsport and defence sectors with lightweight and robust safety systems that are globally supported.

The Role

The Process Engineer will report to the Senior Management Team and be responsible for:

Establishing and standardising manufacturing workflows
Ensuring Quality workflows are robust and seamless
Develop repeatable manufacturing processes by minimising process variation
Ensure all business processes are lean and fit for purpose, including design, purchasing, goods receiving, manufacturing, test, quality and despatch.
Bring machining processes inhouse to improve process flow, manufacturing capability and reduce costs
Bring improvements that deliver control of manufacturing processes.

About You

You will have experience in low volume, high variety manufacturing
Experience with sheet metal, welding, 5 axis machining of lightweight alloys, electronic assemblies
Experience of working in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification and experience
