Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to help in scheduling maintenances
You will be liaising with Electrical & Mechanical Engineers to schedule maintenance jobs across different sites.


Cambridge / Full-Time - £26,000 pa / Permanent / supporting in the Maintenance & Facilities.
(Right to Work in UK required)


Your new place of work

  • A recognised global commercial service offering first line support to clients.
  • You will be working alongside Account Managers and Engineers to schedule jobs.
  • Open plan office
  • Monday to Friday (08:00am to 17:00pm)

About you

  • Experience in relevant industry is desirable such as a Maintenance Scheduler or relevant role in Maintenance/ Facilities.
  • Must be confident to use Excel.
  • Managing the CRM system and handling incoming enquiries as first line support.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices.

We are looking to schedule interviews ASAP.
