Youwill have excellent levels of customer service experience, with a good admin background. Offering a competitive salary of £21,000 -£22,500 per annum.BENEFITS:

THE ROLE
- To complete all engineer work schedules
- Effective utilisation, efficiency and productivity of the field engineers
- High levels of communication with the Reactive team.
- Scheduling tool to aid the completion of projects.
- Scheduling of engineers out onsite.
- To escalate outstanding jobs ensuring all tasks are mitigated where applicable.
- To provide support to the Management Team and Team Leader.
THE CANDIDATE
- Experience scheduling / planning of engineers.
- Logistics industry experience.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Efficient and highly organised
- Good team player and highly customer focussed.
- A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential
