Business Analyst


Our client, a prestigious trading house have recently undertaken an extensive refresh of their current trading infrastructure which includes an exciting in-house trading platform.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform Business Analysis for an Event Streaming Platform
  • Analyse business processes and impacts of business decisions
  • Define and draft well defined user stories and acceptance criteria and work with business stakeholders to gain approval.
  • Work with Development and Testing colleagues for story refinement ready for sprint build
  • Attend various Agile cadences.
  • Supporting other members of the Business Analysis team

Requirements:


  • Strong business analyst background with a focus on technology in a financial trading environment
  • Experience of working on reference data projects
  • Previous experience of working with Kafka
  • Handson experience of Agile methods
  • Educated to degree level as a minimum and in a relevant discipline.
  • Professional qualification in Business Analysis strongly preferred (ISEB / BCSor equivalent)
  • 25 years' experience in a Financial Sector

Rates/Salary:
Competitive Market Rate

Working Model:


  • 2 days a week onsite in London based office, 3 days WFH
