Contract - Performance Marketing Lead - 3 months - £400pd - £450pd Inside IR35
My client is well known retail business seeking a Performance Marketing Lead contractor for an initial 3 month period. You will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning and managing the agencies they use to run campaigns. This role is working 2days in the office.

The Job

Covering predominately paid social as well as PPC (across UK market)
Planning and strategising campaigns whilst managing agencies
Managing a team of 4 direct reports
Ensuring the agencies are performing against the strategy
Be the performance media expert in the team
Collaborate with wider marketing teams

You

7+ years working in a senior performance marketing position
Experience managing agencies previously
Need to have worked in a large retail business or large agency previously
Have managed 4+ direct reports
Strong paid social knowledge
