Salary Expectations:

  • £25k-£30k based on experience. With Bonus potential.
Full Time - Office Based - Chatham - Free on site staff car park

A fantastic new role for a well-established financial services client. This key role is for a person to be the face of the company.

You need to be able to handle on a day to day basis, all leads that pass through the business, manage those leads, ensurethey are correctly booked and recorded and ensure all outcomes are followed up.

To be able to report to the board monthly progress and booking activity levels. This person should have a fantastic client service mindset and always ensure their clients have an exceptional first impression. A certain amount of flexibility will be neededas call may need to be completed outside of standard office hours.

The Roll will include but is not limited to:

  • Call and Book Each Lead
Create Meetings and Book Rooms etc
Manage Diary capacity
Manage Lead Data
Regular Presentations to the board about lead data.
Build strong relationships with clients
Recognise and divide all leads to the most suitable advisers and liaise with those advisers
Complete an initial fact find to gather factual information about the client.
Question clients correctly to understand needs and the purpose of the meeting.
Meet and greet visiting clients and visitors
Liaise with advisers to detail client needs
