Position:
Trainer for ESL Teachers


Job Description:


  • Pleasing personality; good English pronunciation, no local accent.
  • More than 2 years experience in foreign teacher training.
  • Rich body language, humorous and interesting.
  • Good command of English, able to write and present well. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances, and resourceful in problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for training new foreign teachers.
  • Responsible for on-the-job training for foreign teachers.
  • Responsible for regularly organizing teaching sharing and improvement with foreign teachers. Structure and oversee training programs that build up teachers' confidence.
  • Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required.

Position:
Full-time

Work

Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays; weekend days off; shift will be based on your own time zone to be discussed with the management

Salary Range:
USD 1400-USD2000 a month

Hiring Process:

Submit a screen recording of around 2 minutes, simulating the beginning of a training session, which can include a self-introduction and other interesting content, or freely developing a theme of your choice.

£1,100.00-£1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
