Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Day to day dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with, Sales Manager, Trace Heating Manager and Trace Heating Assistant Manager
with potential project info.

  • Overseeing the database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Directly contacting customer databases regarding ongoing projects
  • Logging of project enquiries and issuing Project numbers
  • Processing orders, quotes for both the Trace Heating business and Jointing Tech Ireland sales.
  • Liaising with estimators to help find project folders, complete, ongoing or (archive)
  • To wear Company Uniform in a well presented manner at all times
  • To meet at agreed location (office, site) at the agreed time, any lateness to be reported to
Trace Heating Manager, Sales manager, Foreman and Supervisor.

  • Being selfmotivated and prioritising activities, providing customers with contact on site to
build on relationships and strengthen customer loyalty.

  • To adhere to Company Health and Safety Policy at all times
  • Not to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during working hours or when operating or
occupying company vehicles.

  • Promoting a positive image of the company to customers by maintaining a positive,
professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times
