Service Administrator/Scheduler

Telford

Permanent Full Time

£23,000 - £24,000 DOE
We are working exclusively with a highly reputable, fast growing and forward thinking business.

They have a fantastic company culture, are always looking to improve and develop and have big ambitions to continue expanding with the right team on board.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Scheduler to join the team:

This role requires a motivated and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business where there are opportunities to develop.

This person would need to be able to handle the stress of the reactive nature of the industry, dealing sometimes frustrated engineers or clients.

The Role

  • Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers & Subcontractors
  • Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests
  • Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors to open WO's
  • Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors
  • Updating internal and client portal systems

The Person:

  • You will be systems savvy
  • We are looking for someone who has experience in scheduling, booking engineers, administration within the fm/construction industry
  • Excellent communicator
  • You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder

The Package:

  • Starting salary of upto £24,000
  • Permanent full time
  • Annual leave plus bank holidays


  • Working hours Monday

  • Friday
  • Callout rota 1 weekend in you will be repsonsible for taking out of hours calls from home
