About Our Client:
This organisation is a well known brand within their industry and they are constantly growing and developing in their market.
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone aspiring to grow their HR career within a proactive and busy working environment.
As a HR Advisor you will have a series of roles and responsibilities including:- First line support for all Employee Relations and case management utilising employment law knowledge
- Assist all employees and managers on a daily basis with all enquiries and HR procedures and payroll.
- Follow and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensuring they are kept up to date with UK and ROI legislation.
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified to Level 5 CIPD
- Significant operational experience in ER
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law
- Cross country function working
- Able to think outside of the box to be able to overcome unplanned situations whilst ensuring you keep to company and local legislation guidelines
- A strong team player who can also work independently, take initiative, has a good sense of ownership and an efficient, resultoriented & handson approach
