Office coordinator - Stanmore Based.
Calling all self
- starters with a solid foundation in administration settings Our client is looking for a switched-on office coordinator with excellent Microsoft Office abilities, to join their dynamic team in their Stanmore office and provide general administrative support.


Our client:


Established in 2003, our client is a privately owned developer, with an expanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties, as well as hotels.

They are a family-owned company with a strong interest in the London property market. They cover all areas of developments, including acquisition, planning, construction, design as well as asset management.

With a strong emphasis on the environment and the local community, they take pride in each development they work on.

As an office coordinator, no two days will be the same.

You will be a motivated team player, with excellent work ethic, willing to learn the ethos of the brand and take ownership over your workload.


Your role will include:

  • General admin support, including scanning and uploading of documents on internal systems.
  • Filing, data entry, answering and diverting calls, organising maintenance works, managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as setting up and managing meetings.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Basic IT experience.

The role:


  • Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
  • Salary of up to £32,000
