Position:
Property Maintenance Administrator
Fab Homes is a letting agency in N15, North London and has been established for over 20 years. There is a friendly team who manage in excess of 200 properties. We have an opening for an enthusiastic, organised Property Maintenance Administrator.


Main Duties include:
Tenant Management - assisting in resolving various issues that can arise during a tenancy.

Working closely with any Contractors to ensure works are completed on time.

Communicating with landlords regarding maintenance works and Compliance.

Arranging of Annual Services and renewing of Certificates.

Approving invoices as and when required.

Liaising with utility companies.


Other Duties include:
Managing tenants' move in/move outs.

Other administrative duties as required and assisting other staff members as required.


Personal Attributes:
Polite and professional with great customer service skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Computer literate (MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook)
Highly organised with great attention to detail.

You will be dealing with different problems each day which could range from communal lights not working to leaking gutters and downpipes.

Property Management experience would be required with a knowledge and understanding of property management software.


Salary and Benefits:

Salary:
£25,000 - Depending on experience.


Working Days:
Monday to Friday and every other Saturday :00)

Hours of work: 9.30am - 6.00pm - Full Time

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays

• London, N15 6JR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
