I have the pleasure of helping a very successful European Private Equity Investor, near Knightbridge, that we have known for many years find a PA to their Partners on a maternity contract (12 months, with possible extension).

A boutique environment with c20 FTEs, a hands-on team who support each other and other support personnel you will work alongside.

Your core role will be to support the Partners (2), provide IR and general admin support.

A lovely varied role where you will helpwith extensive diary management, personal support to the partners such as travel arrangements, booking and adhoc requests, supporting with documentation, arranging board and general meetings, expenses management, events support, record keeping for complianceand IR, social and networking site updates, and more.

During your probation period (3 months) you will work in the office full time to get up to speed and then you will be offered a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office / 2 days at home.

To be considered you will be a highly experienced PA/EA to Partner/C-Suite level, we are open to industries (so it could be a great opportunity for someone to gain finance experience) but w boutique/ similar business background would be preferred.

Financebackgrounds are also welcome.

You will be well presented, committed and have a muck in attitude to assist ensure the smooth running of the business.
