Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced Maintenance Grounds and Gardener to join our Operational Estates teams

Qualified to City and Guilds Craft Certificates / NVQ level 2 in Horticultural Crafts (or equivalent qualifications and with a clear focus on quality and customer service you will be working on the Trust's managed healthcare estate, that supports the delivery of world class healthcare delivered in the West Midland Community. The successful person will join our dedicated and professional team, managing and maintaining a diverse healthcare estate portfolio.


With an attractive benefits package including NHS pension, annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days (excluding Bank Holidays) and rising to 33 days based on length of service.

Basic salary (dependent on previous relevant experience) is in the range £19,337 to £21,142 + on-call allowance. Staff based in the community will be provided with suitable trust transport as required. The role will require some unsocial hours working and participation in an out of hour's on-call standby rota operating during the winter months - November to March
