Filling Operative

Knowsley

45hrs per week

£23,400- £24,383 per annum plus enhanced overtime rates.

As a member of the site filling team, the main purpose of the role is maintain Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder stocks by inspecting and re-filling cylinder bottles whilst maintaining health & safety standards at the site.

The Role

Filling of LPG cylinders in accordance with company standards & codes of practice
Ensuring cylinder filling stocks meets with supply & demand
Be active in the reporting of 'near misses'
Complying to Flogas operating procedures and works instructions
Handling of heavy objects

Desirable but not essential:

Experience of safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
Counter balance Fork-Lift truck licence
