COMMUNITY EQUIPMENT ASSISTANT STOREKEEPER

Band 2 £23,362 - £25,368 pro rata

Distant Island Allowance £1,279 pro rata

18.75 hour post

Permanent - Based in Benbecula
Timely provision of equipment supports people to remain in their own homes, helps facilitate rehabilitation and discharge from hospital.

The job involves the transportation, cleaning, fitting, demonstration and checking correct use of equipment for patients in their own homes.

There is a wide range of specialist equipment ranging from handheld items to community beds.

Experience of care provision, a full UK driving licence, competent IT and communication skills are essential. The post is open to both female and male applicants.
