BEP Recruit are recruiting for skilled CNC Machine Operators for a prestigious and forward thinking Manufacturer based in Bolton.

You must be a skilled CNC operator

Shifts

6am-2pm 2pm -10pm rotating

pay £15.07

Experience required in setting CNC Milling/turning machines Mazak integrex may be an advantage.

This job will require someone who can change, set up and prove out quickly and efficiently while producing high quality parts.

The job may also require you to set up, prove out and inspect parts on there machines for operators to run larger batch work.

You must have the ability to identify tooling requirements for jobs and work with manufacturing engineering on jig requirements.

Duties include working as part of a team producing/manufacturing small, medium and large machined components as per customer requirements. Producing high quality parts on CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. Following the company procedures and policies with regard to Health and Safety and Quality at all times.

Meeting customer requirements and deadlines. Working in an efficient manner. Maintaining good housekeeping to ensure a Safe working environment. Must be flexible to meet the business needs and other related duties as required.

Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, have strong numeracy and literacy skills and have a good level of verbal and written English.

Good time keeping and attendance is a must.

Main Responsibilities_

Skilled time served engineer with CNC milling/ turning experience
CNC programmer/setter/operator with experience of CAD / CAM programming
Able to interpret engineering drawings
Able to use a wide variety of measuring & inspection equipment. CMM experience desirable.
MAZATROL, FANUC and G&M Code experience
Able to work under own initiative
Multi Machine manning
Eligible to work in UK
