The Role:

As a professional care assistant, you will be crucial in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. From personal care to household tasks, your support will bring comfort, companionship, and dignity to those in need. Skills/Experience:


  • No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive induction training is provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Possession of a current driver's license and vehicle access (preferred).
  • Eagerness to embrace learning opportunities.
  • Dependability and a flexible approach to work.

Job Benefits:


  • Competitive salary of £ £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day. (Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above)
  • Mileage: 40p per mile.
  • Paid Travel Time (Including to and from home)

We prioritise mínimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.


Shift Patterns:


We have flexible shift patterns available to support an excellent work-life balance; however, as most of our clients receive care seven days a week, for this post we require afternoon/evening and weekend cover only (between 2 pm and 10 pm).
