Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine suitable accommodation options for clients.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including social services, housing associations, and support agencies.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the accommodation process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Stay updated on housing policies, regulations, and best practices.
