Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with internal staff to promote current vacancies and upcoming positions.
  • Deliver workshops for our customers to prepare them for the interview.
  • Place customers into employment using the existing employer base; develop and coordinate their recruitment journey.
  • Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
  • Be present at the interviews to support the employer and the customer in the recruitment journey.
  • Sourcing employers this will be a mix of leads and cold calling, develop partnerships with local employers.
  • Regular inwork support calls to the employers to obtain updates (evidence) about the customers' progress at work.
  • Maintain effective employer portfolio by actively interacting with local employers.
  • Networking & promotion at our events (Job centres and Local Authority).
  • Support new starters in the team by offering them information, guidance and advise about the industry and partners.
  • Promote the 'Disability Confident' award with the employers and support them in achieving Level
  • Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
