Job Overview
The Maintenance Systems Lead is responsible for technical administration of the Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and are required to administer the system
inline company policies and procedures and to provide reports to support the decision making of the
maintenance department.
Main Activities/Tasks
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS and train the local engineering maintenance
- Ensure the system is run in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and
scheduling or reports.
- Compile asset information ensuring the system is accurate, Key Performance Indictors (KPIs)
- Ensure the system accurately forecasts planned maintenance routines to the agreed
basis.
- Support site maintenance teams in improving asset reliability through root cause analysis
- Proactively work with engineering stores to ensure spare parts and minimum holding levels
they need.
- Manage matrix of drawings, manuals and other documents to associated with company assets
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Essential Criteria:
- Min two years' experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Ability to work to deadlines and must have attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Must be PC literate in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Desirable Criteria:
- 3rd level qualification in related technical discipline
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified or working towards
- 5 + years supervisory or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
