Cheval Collection are looking for an experienced reservation agent to join our central reservation team, who look after bookings for our 11 luxury residences across London and Edinburgh.

As reservations agent, you will enjoy getting to know our product to ensure you are able to sell and promote our beautiful residences and give our customers exceptional service, whether they are booking a reservation directly or via a third party.

You will also maintain strong connections with our operations team from the residences across the Cheval portfolio to enable a seamless guest journey.

**We would love to hear from you if you
- .**- have front office or reservation experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- can speak multiple languages, particularly if you speak fluent Arabic.
- are commercially minded and sales orientated
- if you can communicate confidently (both verbal and written)

Have excellent attention for detail
Have a positive attitude in everything you do

- able to demonstrate excellent customer service
