Description

As an outbound customer support apprentice you will learn about commercial Gas and Electric, types of supply trading and fluctuation in the market place.

You will learn from focused team members that broker deals from small independent clients to large commercial clients. You will learn this role in stages with the support of your team.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will learn about the Markets, forecasts, trading and systems
Contacting existing clients regarding their current commercial utilities
You will learn the processes fact finding
Overtime you will progress to a commercial energy specialist

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer Service Practitionar Level
End point assessment
Functional skills in Maths and English if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression to a Team Leader role.

Annual wage
£10,392.20

Working week
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Half an hour lunch break.

Total hours per week: 35 hours a week
