We are currently looking to grow our already established, fabulous team of support workers.

Beach House is a specialised service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Situated alongside Alexandra Park in Parkstone, Poole, it is well suited for people of all ages.

Open since 2008, Beach House is a modern, detached home, providing 24-hour care and support for up to seven people.


What we look for in a support worker:
Previous experience as a support worker or care assistant is not essential, as long as you think you can:

  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help the people we support to achieve their everyday goals, including personal care.
  • Be able to support in house and in the community activities and hobbies.
  • A driver is always a bonus, so we can take our residents out and about, but don't worry if you're not we have bus passes and we are very central, so we do walk as well.
  • Help manage some behaviours that challenge.
  • Work with a great team of people and have fun.
