LCC are looking to hire a Recruitment and Marking Team Leader to join the Talent Acquisition Team.This is a hybrid role, 3 days WFH and 2 days in the office. The length of contract is 6 months initially which may be extended.
The roles and responsibilities of this role are as below:
Final content & copy approval prior to publication on all advertising Copy writing specialist
Recruitment event development & management - from those hosted by ourselves or outside organisations/universities
Review, advise and report on the return on investment of publications, events, paid for channels
Team supervision - reporting into the Human Resources Business Partner for Talent Acquisition and responsible for 4+ team members
Campaign development for specific roles, services or functional areas
Strong social media awareness & activity - understanding of social media and how to increase engagement, circulation, followers, views
Understanding of headhunting via Linked In and other platforms
Tracker/Key Performance Indicators Management & reporting
International recruitment experience and ability to lead and develop our offer
Work both independently & collaboration with the communication service to enhance, develop and promote our employer brand
Development of attraction strategies to reduce the number of vacancies
Support the reduction of reliance on agency and be able to advise accordingly
Work in partnership with specialist agencies to ensure cost effective, timely, measurable, and high-quality solutions are provided
Support the development of the careers sites as an attraction and brand building tool with a view to increasing engagement and facilitating internal career development
Develop and manage the current Refer a Friend process and support the development of a new referral process
Improve the inclusivity of our adverts, approach, resourcing channels and imagery including networking or collaborating with internal/external partners to support an improved ED&I
Establish working relationships with key contacts to help improve service levels
Impeccable English including higher English but with the ability to adjust the communication to the audience altering the tone & voice as required
Personal brand awareness & emotional intelligence
