Pentaxia has been in the business for over 14 years and is continually growing and looking for dedicated and skilled individuals with a "Can Do" attitude to join the team.

Working in a wide range of market sectors, including aerospace, motorsport and luxury automotive, the company is heavily investing in Research and Development to ensure it remains at the forefront of technological and capability development.

With continual improvements to our processes and procedures we are looking to recruit an individual with experience and drive to help implement these changes.

Person Specification
Applicants must be enthusiastic, innovative and have a positive attitude to work effectively alongside our friendly team.

Key requirements include:

Good hand skills and an eye for detail.
Able to communicate professionally with staff on all levels.
Selfmotivated to meet quality and delivery targets.
Have a positive "Can do" attitude to everyday operations and continual improvement initiatives.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience of Composite Laminating.
Competent in vacuum bagging of composite components.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Disciplined in following company standard operating procedures and quality systems.
Prepreg composite experience in motorsport, aerospace or a similar industry would be an advantage.

Standard Working Hours:

37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm

Friday 7.30am pm

25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays
Regular overtime throughout the year paid at a competitive rate for weekdays & weekends
