Description

Position:

We are seeking a skilled dynamic Project Sales Manager to join the team.


You will be responsible for the promotion and development of all our product line solutions to the commercial installer market (design & build contractor, mechanical installer and plumbing and heating engineers).

Our products are primarily supplied via distributionso relationships with these will also be key.

Your main missions are the following:

  • Develop new, and maintain existing, relationships with our strategic installer customer base (procurement, contracts and site-based contacts)
  • Identify new & existing project opportunities with the installers
  • Target competitor specifications
  • Provide onsite support, technical advice & product training
  • Drive project sales life cycle from design to installation
  • Work closely with our specification team to ensure HFC (Flamco) specifications are delivered
  • Liaise with all HFC UK departments (support, service, supplychain, account manager, etc.) to meet account performances objectives and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Profile:


  • Have worked within the building sector (HVAC) for at least 3 years.
Experience in one of the following would be very beneficial:


  • Pipe & fittings systems
  • Balancing & control valves
  • Commercial heating/chilled systems & components
  • Have a drive to succeed and possess a high level of communication skills and be able to develop a strong rapport and trust level with our customers and with all the member of our team
  • Know how to target and influence the key decision makers
  • Are enthusiastic, proactive, resultsoriented and can work autonomously
  • Are willing to be flexible and work across the UK, depending on the project related requirements
