Full Time 40hrs, Permanent, 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday
£22,000 to £27,000pa dependent upon experience

Due to our continued progressive growth, diversification and further expansion, SM UK currently has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to take a vital role in the Company's further expansion.
You will be an integral partof our existing Marketing Department and the role is to specifically work on our Van Conversion Division's social media presence to take it to the next level.
SM UK are recognised as the preferred supplier for the UK's biggest manufacturer of vehicle safety systems, but more recently SM UK has expanded into the Turn-Key, Welfare and Van Conversion Market, dealing with leading manufacturers and brands such as Ford,Sortimo and System Edstrom and Rhino to name a few and provide bespoke solutions for clients up and down the country.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver our marketing strategy for the Van Conversion Division, building on our existing brand and driving forward the Company's growth and competitive edge.
Planning and implementing digital marketingactivities across a range of channels in order to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets is essential and the ability to focus on cross platform digital advertising, website maintenance and conversion, e-marketing and the generation and distribution ofcontent across our new and existing client base.
We are looking for a commercially focused, creative and driven digital marketing professional that can thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Working as part of the Marketing Department you will be expected to have an active role in driving the Van Conversion Division forward in terms of social media presence, whist keeping the Company values in mind.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Contribute and oversee the social media strategy for the Van Conversion Division, including the development of engaging content.
- Plan, create and execute all social media content including writing and scheduling media posts, photography, videography, graphic and advert design.
- Building our social media following and engagement on Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- Provide weekly/monthly social media activity reporting and provide evidence of success, report on performance of campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools, identifying key metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategy.
- Liaise with all our Partners to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the brand and corporate websites where necessary.
- Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Van Conversion Division and Marketing Department.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance based on insights.
- Undertake competitor and market analysis to gather opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- Manage and optimise social media advertising across multiple platforms associated with a B2B and B2C market whilst keeping a close eye on budgets and ROI.
- Build toolbox seminars for Van Conversion Division
- Build LinkedIn and other social media networks and following.
- Attending and help to plan key Exhibitions relevant to the Van Conversion Division
- Support and assist the Van Conversion Sales Executives in identifying and targeting key markets.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Proven experience/knowledge/interest in digital marketing
- Relevant marketing qualifications and/or experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, passion, commitment, and loyalty
- Disciplined, highly organised, work on own initiative or as part of a Team
- Forward thinking, ability to keep up with marketing/industry trends and new developments
- Commercially aware
- Attention to detail
