RG Consultancy are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk with experience.You will be working for a well-established manufacturing company in the heart of Merseyside, where you will be part of a positive environment who are supportive of self-development.
You will work alongside and reporting to the accounts manager.The role
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching invoices
- Liaising with suppliers
- Payments to suppliers
- Ensuring payments are made accurately, in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with enquiries and errors
- Other administrative tasks
The person
- Purchase ledger experience
- Ability to work with good attention to detail
- Good communicator
- SAGE desirable
- Good IT and excel skills
Working hours
- Monday
- Friday
- Early finish on a Friday
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
