New Homes Negotiator - Hertford

Position summary:

Meet and greet potential buyers
Undertake viewings and attend site launches when necessary
Provide feedback to developers and attend site meetings
Contribute towards the marketing of the site
Negotiate sales and be responsible for issuing CML's and sales progression
Contacting applicants to book viewings, building meaningful relationships and maintaining contact
Undertake local market SWOT analysis and become fully versed in the local market.

The Job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Negotiator to work for an established independent estate agent to join their team at one of their new homes sites before taking up a permanent position on the site.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record and experience working on high end developments dealing with affluent buyers.
